We ask that you please understand when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services. Since the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service. Same day cancellations and "No Shows" will be charged 100%.
